What we offer.

We welcome kids of all ages to join us in worship. The environment at St John is very relaxed and friendly to the noise and chaos of children. We are a church of young families and we get it. We have a small play area with books and toys in our gathering space. We offer kids packets for use during worship.

We also offer a kid’s church that occurs from the beginning of the sermon through the end of the service. This is for kids ages 2-7. Our kids church consists of singing, playing, praying, and reading a bible story along with an allergen friendly snack (gluten free pretzels). It’s very easy for new kids of any age to join and we have a very welcoming group of kids ready to welcome newcomers.

Who teaches kids?

All of our volunteers are trained and have undergone background checks. Our kids are taught by parents and single folks who are passionate about passing the gospel on to the next generation.

How do I get my kids involved?

When you visit for the first time, someone will greet you and help you get your kids signed up for kid’s church. If you send your kids to kid’s church, a parent or guardian must sign them out at the end of service.
